The role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the awesome team at St Mabyn Lodge Escape, Cornwall as we continue transforming the park into a premier destination for lodge holidays and ownership.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Guest Services Team Leader to lead the day-to-day guest experience at our friendly lodge park in Cornwall. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a hospitality environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will ensure every visitor receives a warm welcome, enjoys a memorable stay, and leaves with a positive impression of the park. You will also support the smooth operation of reception, guest services, and daily park activities.
About you
You will have previous experience in hospitality, tourism, holiday parks, hotels or guest services. You’ll be able to demonstrate your excellent customer service and communication skills together with strong organisational and administrative skills. You’ll be calm under pressure, professional and competent on the usual Microsoft packages, as well as being able to use a booking system. We are looking for a person who has a genuine passion for customer service and hospitality.
