Job Title - Mechanical Contracts manager
Job Location – Liverpool - L33
Start Date - ASAP
Standard Rate - £45,000 - £50,000 - per year
Duration - Permanent role
Job Duties - Managing projects from pre-construction to completion
- Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
- Overseeing programme, cost, and quality
- Building strong relationships with clients and consultants
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong background in residential/apartment projects
- Commercially aware with the ability to run projects effectively
- Organised, proactive, and confident in client-facing situations
