Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently and providing excellent service
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including handling light catering requests and maintaining cleanliness in food areas
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all operations
- Support the team in serving food and beverages promptly during busy periods
- Keep the workspace organized, stocked, and clean to ensure a welcoming environment for guests
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless hospitality experiences that reflect our brand’s energy and friendliness
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Barista experience is highly desirable, with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards to ensure safe handling of food and drinks
- Strong communication skills to connect with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with catering or serving in a hospitality context is a plus
- A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn are essential for success in this energetic role
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
