About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Live-In Care Recruitment Officer to join our team and help us recruit exceptional carers to provide high-quality live-in care.
You will play a key role in attracting, interviewing and onboarding suitable care professionals, ensuring we recruit people who have the right skills, experience and values to support our clients safely and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for live-in carers.
- Advertise vacancies across relevant recruitment platforms and social media.
- Review applications, shortlist candidates and conduct initial screening calls.
- Interview candidates and assess their suitability for live-in care placements.
- Complete relevant employment, reference and compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the care and placement teams to understand recruitment requirements.
- Support new carers through the onboarding process.
- Ensure recruitment processes are completed in line with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Maintain a strong focus on safeguarding and the quality of care provided to clients.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with people from a range of backgrounds.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable conducting telephone and video interviews.
- Able to manage multiple vacancies and candidates at the same time.
- Confident making decisions and assessing candidates against clear criteria.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
- Passionate about finding the right people to provide excellent care.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Experienced in recruitment, care recruitment or the health and social care sector is desirable, but not essential.

Pay: £22,568.00-£26,500.00 per year
