About the Role:
As a Multi-Trade Operative, you’ll carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and/or commercial properties. You’ll be expected to work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, painting/decorating, tiling, plastering, and more.
- Diagnose issues and identify the best course of action for repairs.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to customer satisfaction.
- Complete relevant paperwork or reports as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a variety of trades.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence (required).
