Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient warehouse worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to material handling, shipping, and receiving. This position requires physical stamina and a strong work ethic, as the role involves heavy lifting and operating warehouse equipment.
Hours
Tuesday to Saturday Start 1am - 9am Finish
Duties
- Unloading and scanning of parcels.
- Perform heavy lifting as required to move products within the warehouse.
- Moving palletized freight around the warehouse.
- Assisting the drivers load vehicles.
- Prepare the warehouse for the afternoon shift.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with material handling techniques and safety protocols is advantageous.
- Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
