Job Title: Auction Valuer (Full Time)
Location: Silverlink Head Office
Company: Pattinson Auctions
Salary: £25,000 - £38,500
Commission: Uncapped commission on top. First year OTE upwards of £35k. Second year upwards of £45k.
Terms: This is a full time, permanent role circa 37.5h. Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota basis from 830am - 3pm. When working a Saturday there is the option to take the time back in lieu.

Job Overview
As an Auction Valuer within our National team, you will be based in our Head Office. You will play a crucial role in evaluating and converting property referrals from our Partner Agents into successful auction listings. This involves providing expert guidance on pricing strategies and auction processes to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Valuation and Appraisal:
- Assess and value properties referred by Partner Agents, ensuring accurate and competitive auction pricing.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support valuation decisions.
- Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with Partner Agents to understand client needs and property details.
- Provide clear and professional guidance to clients regarding the auction process, benefits, and expectations.
- Conversion and Pitching:
- Effectively pitch auction services to potential clients, highlighting the advantages of choosing Pattinson Auctions.
- Convert referrals into confirmed auction listings by building strong relationships and trust with clients.
- Process Management:
- Manage the auction listing process from referral to going live on the market, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and preparation to list for auction.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on property market trends, legislation and best practices.
- Provide insights and feedback to the team to continually improve our auction services.
- Reporting and Feedback:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, valuations, and outcomes.
- Provide regular feedback to management on referral conversions and auction performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in estate agency, preferably within an auction environment.
- Strong understanding of the property market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and Partner Agents.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property valuation software.
