With exciting growth ahead, we’re looking for a skilled and diligent Full Time MOT Tester and Inspector to join our team, develop their career, and take advantage of new opportunities.
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year + Bonus & Overtime Opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday (1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30 am – 12:30 pm) and enjoy the Friday afternoon after the worked Saturday off.)

What We Do
Our MOT Testers work on a wide variety of vehicles, ensuring no two days are the same:
- 200+ Cars – From budget-friendly runarounds to luxury models like McLaren, Porsche, and Aston Martin.
- 40+ Campervans & Motorhomes – Including premium leisure vehicles.
- 500+ Light Commercial Vehicles – A range of LCVs under 3.5 tonnes.
We prioritise safety and adhere to the latest DVSA regulations & Health & Safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
A successful candidate will have the following abilities:
- MOT Tester Certification (Class 4 & 7 preferred) – Must hold a valid DVSA MOT licence.
- Attention to Detail – Able to accurately inspect, diagnose, and report issues.
- Strong Mechanical Knowledge – Confident in repairing and servicing a variety of vehicles.
- Positive, Can-Do Attitude – A team player who takes pride in their work.
- Commitment to Safety & Standards – Ensuring all MOT tests are conducted to the highest DVSA standards.
- UK Driving Licence Required.
