The Vaults Group is the UK and Ireland’s leading provider of private safe deposit boxes, operating across fourteen locations. We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Branch Supervisor to join our team at Belfast Vaults.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and full compliance with company policies and security procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the branch, driving performance and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture while ensuring full compliance with company policies and security standards.
- Oversee all Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for both employees and customers.
- Maintain accurate and secure customer records in line with GDPR requirements.
- Ensure branch presentation and operational standards are consistently maintained to the highest level.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare staff rotas and manage holiday or absence cover as required.

Experience & Skills:
- Previous supervisory experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
- Professional, reliable, and security-conscious approach to work.
Pay: From £29,100.00 per year
