Thank You for your interest in our Sales & Order Executive role.
Being a key point of contact with existing & new clients, you will be capable and confident of answering queries, selling products, offering fabric and product advice as well as building and nurturing professional relationships. You will be confident of accurately inputting orders onto our bespoke system, scheduling orders/production to workshop capacity.
Ideally with a passion and background with Horses & Racing, you will have Customer Service experience. You will need to be resilient, confident and tenacious as you will be balancing client expectations with the capacity of our Workshop.
This role is Full time, 40 hours a week: Monday-Friday 9am - 5.30pm. In our beautiful rural offices, it is essential due to our location you have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.
