Temp Cleaning Staff – Student Let Turnaround (29th June – 1 July)
Location: Birmingham Smelly Oak
Dates: Sunday 30th June – Tuesday 2nd July
Pay: £100 base day rate
Driver Bonus: Additional £50/day for using your own car to transport others
Job Description:
We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team for a large-scale student property turnaround project in Birmingham city centre. This is a 3-day temporary role with the potential for future work.
You’ll be cleaning student houses to a professional standard between tenancies. Full job instructions, equipment, and products will be provided. You’ll work in small teams and receive a guaranteed day rate of £100, Drivers will receive an additional £50/day.
What You'll Do:
- Clean student houses to a professional standard (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.)
- Take before and after photos of each job
- Work closely with a team leader who will assign and log all jobs
- Follow clear checklists for each property
- Return keys and report job completion after each clean
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual individuals
- Comfortable with physical cleaning work for full shifts
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Team players who can work with others calmly and respectfully
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Previous cleaning experience (not essential)
- A driving licence and your own car (we pay £50/day extra for drivers)
Pay Details:
- £100 per day base pay (8:00am–4:00pm)
- £50/day driver bonus if you use your own vehicle
