We are looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Specialist Cleaning Supervisor to head up one of our mobile cleaning teams which will cover London and the South East of England. As a working supervisor, duties will include deep cleaning, kitchen deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning, decontamination service and jet washing.
There will also be use of heavy-duty cleaning equipment which will include a Scrubber Dryer, Steam machine and Jet Wash. The working hours will be based on a rota of 5 days out of 7 and therefore will include some weekend work and occasional night shifts. There will also be opportunities for overtime. The role will be predominately working within a healthcare environment.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Company van will be provided where necessary.
- Experienced in managing a team of 3 – 6 operatives.
- Ability to train operatives in all duties that will be carried out.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with clients directly and take instruction.
- Capable to fill in paperwork and provide regular updates in writing.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety
- Competent to read and understand method statements and risk assessments.
- Must have a flexible approach to work, be reliable and responsible.
- Salary starting at £31,000 - £33,000 dependent upon experience.
- This role will require an Enhanced DBS Check
