We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to join our growing team at RAD Hotel Group. In this dynamic, hands-on leadership role, you will drive culinary excellence across our award-winning venues. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced chef passionate about leading talented kitchen teams, delivering outstanding food quality, and fostering innovation. As Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the culinary direction of the group, while supporting and developing chefs across multiple properties to ensure consistent, high-quality dining experiences.There is an expectation that 3 or 4 days per week will be in kitchens.

- Lead menu development and seasonal innovation across multiple venues.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of kitchen teams.
- Drive food quality, consistency, presentation, and service speed.
- Maintain and improve kitchen standards and operational efficiency.
- Be hands-on in your appraoch, particularly during key periods, weekends, and major events.
- Support kitchens and cover Head Chef roles when required.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure best quality produce and GP targets.
- Ensure all kitchens maintain high standards of food safety and compliance.
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or a highly experienced Head Chef ready to step up.
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for mentoring teams.
- Strong experience in high-volume, quality-focused kitchens.
- Excellent knowledge of menu development, costing, and GP management.
- The ability to maintain standards across multiple venues.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A full driving licence and flexibility to travel between properties.
