The role
As an Early Years Apprentice, you will learn by doing. You will be supported every day by experienced educators who will guide you to develop confidence, skill and understanding in your role. You will:
- Build warm, meaningful relationships with children
- Learn how to support children’s play, curiosity and emotional wellbeing
- Observe and begin to understand how children think and learn
- Contribute to a calm, nurturing environment
- Be part of a team that values reflection, growth and care
This is not about ticking boxes or rushing through a qualification.
It is about becoming the kind of educator children remember.
Hours and Pay
The role is offered on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week across the full year, with pay aligned to the relevant apprentice wage for your age.
