The Role
Reporting to the Customer Delivery Manager, the Operations Administrator will provide assistance to the wider Contracts team through carrying out daily administrative tasks. You will provide support and administration across a variety of functions within the department including account management, planning and fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure core values, mission statement and correct culture are maintained
- Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks
- Booking hotels and making travel arrangements
- Making and receiving calls
- Completing and running reports
- Invoicing completed works
- Creating quotations
- Emailing clients
- Assisting with fleet management
- Creating and updating spreadsheets
- Assisting Customer Account Executives
- Assisting with technician resource planning
What We’re Looking For
- Focused with good attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS suites such as Excel
- Able to prioritise high workloads
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to interpret technical reports and compliance documentation
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced office environment
- Knowledge of Legionella control or water hygiene (desirable but not essential)
