As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Associate Partner to join our Leeds team and help drive that next phase of growth.
The Role
As Associate Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality executive search mandates for our clients, while helping to develop new business and expand JL Partners' reach across our core industries. You'll work closely with our Managing Partner and wider team, owning search processes end-to-end and building the kind of long-term client relationships that define our brand.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the full executive search lifecycle — from client briefing and market mapping through to candidate assessment, presentation, and offer management
- Building and maintaining a strong network of senior-level candidates and clients within your area of industry expertise
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities, contributing to the firm's growth strategy
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on talent, market trends, and organisational needs
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team as the firm scales
- Representing JL Partners' values of trust, transparency, and partnership in every client and candidate interaction
