We are seeking an outstanding Executive Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operation and establish a culture of excellence.
The Role
This is not a traditional Restaurant Manager position.
We are looking for an exceptional hospitality professional who understands luxury service at the very highest level. You will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the guest experience, ensuring flawless service, operational excellence and exceptional attention to detail.
You will lead, inspire and develop a world-class front-of-house team while working closely alongside the Executive Head Chef and senior management to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all front-of-house operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.
- Maintain Michelin-level standards of hospitality and service.
- Recruit, train, mentor and develop an elite front-of-house team.
- Create and maintain detailed service standards and operating procedures.
- Ensure every guest receives personalised, attentive and professional service.
- Oversee reservations, table planning and guest flow to maximise both service quality and restaurant performance.
- Handle VIP guests, private dining and high-profile clientele with complete professionalism and discretion.
- Manage daily service briefings and ensure all staff are fully prepared before every service.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Head Chef to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and front-of-house.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with licensing, health & safety and hospitality regulations.
- Manage labour scheduling, staffing levels and operational costs.
- Oversee wine service, beverage standards and coordination with the Sommelier.
- Maintain impeccable presentation throughout the restaurant at all times.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must possess significant experience within luxury fine dining restaurants.
Experience working within internationally recognised restaurants or prestigious establishments is essential.

Essential Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years' experience within luxury hospitality.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior Restaurant Manager, General Manager or Operations Manager role.
- Proven leadership experience managing large front-of-house teams.
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining service.
- Experience delivering Michelin-standard hospitality.
- Strong financial and commercial awareness.
- Experience managing reservations and high-volume premium service.
- Excellent understanding of food, wine and beverage service.
- Strong recruitment, coaching and staff development experience.
- Experience handling VIP clientele and private events.
- Comprehensive understanding of licensing, food safety and health & safety legislation.
