CJ Hole are looking for a Property Details Administrator to join our market-leading estate agency in South Bristol.
This is a practical, property-focused role, suited to someone who is organised, reliable and confident visiting properties. The main purpose of the role is to help prepare properties for sale and let by attending appointments, taking measurements, arranging photographs and gathering the information needed to produce accurate property brochures and online listings.
You will be supported with the latest technology to help capture property details accurately and efficiently, making the process smoother for both our team and our clients.
The role will involve:
- Visiting properties to take room measurements and key property details
- Taking or arranging property photographs
- Preparing information for property brochures and online listings
- Using property technology to assist with measurements, details and listing preparation
- Ensuring property details are accurate and compliant before they go live
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and customers in a professional manner
- Supporting the sales and lettings teams with general administration
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
Full training will be provided, and previous estate agency experience is not essential.
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident, has good attention to detail and enjoys being out and about visiting properties. This would suit someone looking to start or develop a career within estate agency, property administration or agency operations.
The basic salary for this role is £24,500 per year, with business mileage covered for property appointments.
The role is available immediately, and interviews will be arranged shortly.
Successful candidates must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own car, as travel to property appointments will be required.
