About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Snagger / Finisher to join our team working on void and refurbished properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and rectifying defects, ensuring properties are completed to a high standard and ready for handover.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, pride in workmanship, and the ability to carry out a range of finishing and remedial tasks across multiple construction trades.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and rectify snagging items within void and refurbished properties.
- Carry out minor repairs and finishing works across a range of trades.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality standard and within agreed timescales.
- Perform touch-up decorating, filling, patch plastering, and making good works.
- Complete basic carpentry repairs and adjustments, including doors, skirting, architraves, and ironmongery.
- Carry out minor plumbing and electrical remedial works where competent to do so.
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures and fittings as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Liaise with supervisors and site teams to ensure defects are resolved efficiently.
- Conduct final quality checks before property handover.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working in a multi-trade, finishing, snagging, or maintenance role.
- Basic practical skills across all major construction trades, including:
- Carpentry
- Decorating
- Plastering repairs
- Tiling repairs
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical works (non-certified)
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to identify defects and take ownership of resolving them.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CSCS card.

Tools & Vehicle
- Company vehicle provided for work use.
- Operative must supply their own tools suitable for multi-trade maintenance (hand tools and power tools).
- ARPG Eco Ltd will provide agreed job materials/consumables and required PPE.
- Training & Development
- Ongoing training and support provided to ensure continued health and safety compliance and safe working practices.
- Access to role-relevant CPD and development to strengthen multi-trade skills and support progression within the business.
- Support with mandatory/refresher training where required (e.g., health and safety, manual handling, working at height, asbestos awareness and site inductions).
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar multi-skilled role.
- Good technical knowledge base across all void properties .
