Duty Manager – Full Time

We’re now looking to add a full-time Duty Manager to our team. This role is perfect for a strong supervisor or existing manager who is looking for better work–life balance, without stepping away from a hands-on, people-focused hospitality role.

About the role
As Duty Manager, you’ll work alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to deliver consistently excellent customer service. You’ll lead by example on the floor, support and motivate the team, and have — or be keen to build — strong knowledge of food, drink, and cocktails.

- Handle compliments and complaints confidently and professionally
- Support, supervise, and motivate the team during service
- Learn and use till and payment systems effectively
