Our client is an established private property company based in Winchester and we are helping to recruit a Paralegal to join its in-house Legal Team, supporting a wide range of residential leasehold and property matters. This is an excellent opportunity to build a legal career within the property sector, with full training provided for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and assist with leasehold matters including lease extensions, deeds of variation, enfranchisement, alterations, subletting applications, landlord certificates and other property-related consents.
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence using standard precedents.
- Maintain accurate case files and update internal systems.
- Support the Legal Team with workflow management and general administration.
- Liaise professionally with solicitors, leaseholders, managing agents and colleagues.
About you:
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Previous legal, property or administrative experience is essential
