Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in supervising kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of food quality
- Lead food preparation and cooking activities, maintaining consistency and presentation excellence
- Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation practices to uphold health regulations and cleanliness standards
- Manage food production schedules, inventory, and ordering to ensure ingredient availability and minimize waste
- Support team management by training staff, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Ensure timely serving of dishes to guests while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service experiences for all guests
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant environment
- Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities to motivate and develop staff
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
