About the role
Are you a strategic HR Leader who thrives in partnering with senior leaders to drive business performance through people? We are looking for a People Lead to lead and deliver high- performing, values-led people agenda across our Wales division.
You will be the senior People Lead for the division, translating business strategy into impactful people plans. You'll also be part of a wider Group People team, collaborating across the organisation to deliver a consistent, people-focused approach.
You'll lead a team of four People Partners, providing coaching, development and direction to ensure excellent operational support across the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to shape and deliver people strategy.
- Lead high-quality HR service delivery, workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and build leadership capability.
- Drive talent, succession and leadership development programmes.
- Champion colleague engagement, wellbeing and a positive organisational culture.
- Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute as an active member of the Divisional Senior Leadership Team and support organisational change.
About You
Essential:
- Significant HR leadership experience, ideally in a multi-site environment.
- Strong employee relations expertise and experience advising senior leaders.
- Proven workforce planning and talent management experience.
- Ability to interpret and use data to influence decisions.
Desirable:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Experience within a regulated environment and knowledge of CIW requirements.
- Experience leading change and transformation initiatives.
