IT Centre Europe (ITCE) oversees and manages the secure operations of IT applications and front-end systems used in all Bank of China (BOC) branches and representative offices located within Europe and Africa. As an IT Support – Front End Management, you will be responsible for providing IT front-end support to local and remote users, maintenance of the cabling structure system and administration of IT systems. This is a full time permanent position.
Key responsibilities

Provide technical support to users on desktop applications

Administrate cabling structure system
-
Maintain Windows based PC, servers and applications like Windows Domain, Windows update, Windows printing system, anti-virus system and SCCM

Assist in the annual Disaster Recovery testing

Take part in IT procurement process and third party service management

Lead PC, desktop security and other projects when required

Prepare technical standard for PC and laptop hardware and software

Prepare regulations, guidelines and procedures for PC support service management

Troubleshoot issues and identify the root cause
Requirements
-
Degree educated in Information Technology, Computing, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline

Experience in PC support such like PC installation and printer setup
-
Experience in Windows OS management, particularly in Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server 2012-2019

Experience in Active Directory administration

Experience in OA system maintenance, particularly in MS Office, MS Outlook, SharePoint, IE and Chrome

Knowledge of principles of information technology

Knowledge of network technology

Knowledge of information security, cyber security and GDPR

Knowledge of server and client virtualisation
