As an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children here at Bell House.
About Us
Bell House Nursery has been rated Outstanding for the second time by Ofsted, has a capacity of 96 children. We are conveniently located within the town centre of Godalming 5 minutes’ walk from the train station. We pride ourselves on accommodating flexible working arrangements, allowing full-time staff to choose between four or five working days, along with part time hours where positions enable, creating a supportive work-life balance for all staff.
We are dedicated to giving all the children in our care the very best start in life and we ensure that every member of our team feels heard, valued, and supported.
Our Safeguarding Commitment
We are committed to safeguarding and the welfare of children the role is exempt of rehabilitation of offenders act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate. This is a requirement of the DBS code of practice.

What We’re Looking For
- Unqualified - Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
- Skills: Good communication skills, the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- Friendly, flexible approach
