Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Part Time Inventory Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, updating inventory databases, and supporting administrative tasks related to inventory management. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
- Update and maintain inventory databases using Yardi or similar software
- Assist with organising stock storage areas to ensure accessibility and safety
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Respond to internal enquiries regarding stock levels and availability
- Support the team with general office duties, including phone etiquette and customer service
- Assist with upselling opportunities when interacting with clients or suppliers
- Ensure all inventory procedures comply with company policies and health & safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience with office administration or inventory management preferred
- Familiarity with Yardi software is highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and office equipment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in upselling or customer service is advantageous
