Salary : £27,197 - £31,288
Role Summary
To provide a high-quality cleaning, maintenance, facilities management and low-level housing management service at Broomhill Court, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment for customers and visitors. Acting as the main point of contact for residents, you will support tenancy sustainment, customer engagement and community activities, while working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver a responsive, customer-focused and right-first-time service.
To be Successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge & Skills
- Experience in a housing, caretaking, cleaning or similar role.
- Full driving licence, including the ability to drive commercial fleet vehicles.
- Knowledge of facilities management, housekeeping, health and safety, building management and risk management.
- Strong customer focus with a proactive, responsive and "right first time" approach.
- Good IT skills, including the ability to use housing management and CRM systems.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, colleagues and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to achieve positive outcomes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services and support community engagement initiatives.
