We have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our team as a Care Assistant working 36 hours (3 x 12 hour shifts per week 8am - 8pm)

Responsibilities
- Providing person centred care to our residents
- Provide support to your team and the Home's manager
- Electronic care planning and recording of the care provided
