We are looking for a Team Leader to join our busy practice at Boots Opticians in Horley!
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and motivating our team based in Horley High Street.
This person will be the driving force behind our incredible team, we are looking for someone with previous experience in Optics, dispensing or customer service roles. We will be providing full training for the role so previous team management experience is welcomed but not essential.
As our team leader your responsibilities will include:
- Motivating the team in a busy practice
- Keeping the team organised
- Holding the team and yourself accountable to ensure the highest level of care can be provided to our patients
- Reporting to senior management within the Hub
- Daily understanding of sales and sale management
- Using optometrist recommendations to help customers find suitable options for their requirements by dispensing including complex dispensing.
Schedule:
- 37.5 hours FTE negotiable
Salary:
£28,000 + bonus DOE
