Job Description
The Warehouse is the beating heart of our operations - an efficiently and organized warehouse ensures the rest of our operations run smoothly. Daily tasks will include, but not be limited to, picking items and preparing loads for our jobs going out the next day, as well as loading and unloading vehicles. Within the warehouse itself, a good level of housekeeping should be kept. We have an in-house cleaning operation, which you will be involved with, ensuring our canvases are cleaned and dried, ready for their next job.
You will also be involved with repairing and mending faulty and damaged equipment, ensuring these items are correctly logged and made note of.
Additional responsibilities will include ensuring that the warehouse and yard is kept in a good order, clean and tidy throughout the day, allowing for the smooth running of the business. You must adhere strictly to the company’s Health and Safety policy, ensuring that any movement of items is carried out in accordance with the correct manual handling procedures.
About You
The work can often be physically demanding, and requires a good degree of strength and physical fitness. The ability to learn quickly the intricacies of the company and its’ operations is important; an extensive training and development programme is offered. You should be proactive and conscientious, with a keen attention to detail. You need to be able to work well both independently and in a team, and be easily self-motivated.
Good communication and numeracy skills are important, as is a flexible approach to your work day. Punctuality and reliability are integral.

£13 - £15 per hour
Shift-based work - early morning to mid-afternoon or mid-morning to early evening
