This is an exciting opportunity for a part time Clinical Support Worker that is passionate about recovery led care with a focus on promoting least restrictive practice. You will join the Dragonfly Unit in supporting young people through their mental health journey.
The 12-bedded Dragonfly Unit is based in Carlton Colville, Lowestoft and is for age 13-17 year old young people requiring admission whilst receiving inpatient mental health treatment.
The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, motivated and looking forward to a new challenge providing the best care to our service users. We are looking for someone who displays compassion, empathy and is sensitive in your approach to people who may be distressed or have a challenging manner.
