Impact Manager- Manufacturing & Technology
Shape the future of digital construction and skills innovation
We’re delighted to be working in partnership with BE‑ST (Built Environment – Smarter Transformation) to recruit an Impact Manager with a strong technical and digital focus to support the next phase of transformation across the built environment.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with hands-on digital/BIM expertise and a technical built environment background to help drive innovation, support industry skills development, and influence how modern methods of construction evolve.
The Role
This role sits at the intersection of digital construction, manufacturing innovation, and skills development.
You’ll play a key role in supporting businesses and partners to adopt digital tools, BIM processes, and modern methods of construction, while also contributing to the development of skills across the sector.
The Impact Manager will play a central role in advancing digital construction and manufacturing innovation across the built environment, with a particular focus on the practical application of BIM and modern methods of construction.
Working closely with industry partners, you will support the adoption of digital tools and processes, particularly within offsite manufacturing and timber-based systems, helping organisations translate strategy into real-world delivery. A key aspect of the role involves designing and delivering engaging training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to build capability and confidence across the sector. You will also contribute to collaborative projects, providing technical expertise, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring that innovation is effectively embedded into practice.
