How You’ll Make an Impact
As part of this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the coordination of internal events, workshops, and leadership team activities.
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and document
management processes (both digital and physical).
- Support with coordinating compliance documentation for internal
compliance submissions.
- Assist in the management of the submission of bids and proposals to ensure they are delivered correctly and on time.
- Organising travel arrangements, including transport, accommodation, and itinerary preparation for senior leaders.
- Providing general administrative support to wider teams, including ad hoc tasks, project coordination and leave cover.
- Support in the monitoring of shared mailboxes and triage or escalate
correspondence as required including liaising with clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Supporting to schedule meetings across the leadership team, ensuring
optimal use of time and resources.
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions for internal and external meetings.
- Handling confidential information and correspondence with discretion, professionalism, and sensitivity.
- Supporting internal communications, including drafting and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
- Managing correspondence on behalf of senior leaders, prioritising and
responding as appropriate.
- Supporting additional activities as required to meet evolving customer or business needs.
What You’ll Bring to The Team
The following skills and experience are required to succeed in this role:
- Proven experience in administrative/operational support and/or executive assistant roles.
- Experience working in a consultancy environment, particularly within a growth or scale-up context with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities and structures.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable tone.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital tools for scheduling, collaboration, and document sharing (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Discretion, reliability, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and team support.
