Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

Oilfast is looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team at our Dumfries Depot.
This is a newly created role within our newly opened Dumfries Depot, which officially opened in 2026 as part of Oilfast's continued expansion across the UK. As one of the first members of our depot team, you'll have the opportunity to play an important role in helping establish and grow the depot while building strong relationships with customers from day one.
Working as part of a small, supportive team, you'll enjoy a varied role combining customer service, administration, and sales support within a fast-paced and growing business.

The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day sales and administrative functions of the depot. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, process orders accurately, maintain customer records, and assist in identifying opportunities to grow existing and new business.
Working closely with the Depot Manager and the wider Dumfries team, you will help ensure customers receive a professional, efficient, and friendly service at all times. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing depot at an exciting stage of its development and make a real impact within a small team environment.
