About the Role
As Multisite Practice Manager, you will play a key role in leading our Infinityblu dental practices in Alyth and Auchtermuchty, working closely with clinicians and practice teams. You will ensure that each practice operates efficiently, delivers an exceptional patient experience, and maintains the highest standards of compliance, safety and clinical governance.
This is an office based position, with time spent across your designated practices as required. The role involves regular travel between sites, and you will be expected to maintain a visible, supportive and proactive presence within each team.
Working Pattern
This is a full time position working 41 hours per week. The fixed working hours are Monday to Thursday 08.00-17.15, Friday 08.00-17.00. The role has a planned working pattern across both practices, with set days allocated to each location. Some flexibility may occasionally be required to meet the operational needs of the business, provide support across the practices, and attend meetings or training at other Infinityblu locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching and operational support to the practice teams
- Ensure compliance with GDC, NHS Scotland, Health Board, infection prevention and control, clinical governance and regulatory standards
- Oversee HR processes, including absence, performance, training and development
- Support staff engagement, retention and culture across multiple locations
- Analyse performance data and implement improvement plans where needed
- Promote consistent delivery of Infinityblu’s values, processes and service standards
- Build positive relationships with clinicians and support teams
- Support recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
- Attend business meetings at our Hub in Pitlochry and Stirling
- Travel routinely across assigned practices
We are looking for someone who
- Has proven experience managing multiple dental practices.
- Is confident in leading, coaching and supporting teams across multiple sites.
- Is highly organised, adaptable and able to prioritise a varied workload effectively.
- Is professional, approachable and able to communicate confidently at all levels.
- Has strong problem solving, decision making and conflict management skills.
- Has a strong understanding of dental compliance, governance and operational processes.
- Is motivated by high standards, continuous improvement and delivering exceptional patient care.
- Acts as a positive culture ambassador who leads by example with integrity and professionalism.
- Holds a Dental or Healthcare Management and Leadership qualification, or similar, although this is desirable rather than essential.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
