What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
· Carrying out cleaning duties in designated areas in accordance with the site cleaning schedule and Company standards.
· Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained across the site at all times.
· Supervising, supporting, and developing Cleaning Operatives to ensure duties are completed effectively and to the required standard.
· Delivering on-site training, coaching, and observations, providing feedback where appropriate and escalating concerns to the Contracts Manager.
· Monitoring the quality of cleaning standards and taking prompt action to address any issues identified. Ensuring all tasks set out within the site cleaning schedule are completed to a consistently high standard.
· Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers, site contacts, and members of the cleaning team.
· Ensuring compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements. Maintaining cleaning cupboards, equipment, and consumables in a safe, clean, and organised manner. Undertaking and supervising deep cleaning activities as required.
· Maintaining effective communication with the Contracts Manager, customers, and site teams, ensuring that any issues or concerns are reported promptly.
· Supporting the Contracts Manager with the day-to-day management of the site and assisting with operational requirements where necessary.
· Promoting a positive working environment and acting as a professional ambassador for Rapid Commercial Cleaning Services Ltd at all times.
· Carrying out any other reasonable duties as directed by the Contracts Manager or Operations Manager to meet the operational needs of the business.
The postholder may also be required to carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by their line manager to meet the operational needs of the business.
What You’ll Need
· The right to work in the UK

· Previous cleaning experience is a bonus but not required—we provide full training!
· Ideally, you’ll be available to start as soon as possible
