We are looking for an excellent full-time Admin Assistant – 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Salary will be dependent on experience.

This role is to support the technical operations of the business. Duties are varied and could involve the following:
- Assisting with technical enquiries to ensure follow-up is complete
- Speaking with customers, suppliers and internal teams and dealing with technical queries
- Updating our in-house database
- Maintaining and updating technical records and documentation
- Assisting with product specifications and technical information
- Quality and compliance duties
- Supplier and customer technical support duties
- Product and stock-related technical administration
- Covering ad-hoc technical activities
- Sending emails and following up as requested by Directors
- Filing etc. – answering telephone
- General administration
- Data entry
- The candidate: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a team. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office, including Excel & Outlook. Knowledge of Sage 200 is beneficial. Capable of working in a busy environment. Exceptional attention to detail. Good organisational skills with a methodical approach towards workloads. Ability to work under own initiative.
