The Role
As a Treatment Coordinator & Patient Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in guiding them through their orthodontic journey. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills, creating meaningful relationships while supporting patients in making informed treatment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage patients with warmth and professionalism
- Conduct consultations and guide patients through treatment options
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups efficiently
- Support patients with treatment finance plans and administrative processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a seamless patient experience
- Collaborate closely with our clinical team to deliver exceptional care
- Involved in business development growth strategies
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in luxury sales, client-facing roles, or high-end customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Proven sales track record in developing new business
- Organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Well presented
- Good level of IT proficiency
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player
- Interest in healthcare or dental/orthodontic environment is an advantage, but not essential
