Associate Dentist – Digital Dentistry & Removable Prosthetics

Salary: Starting from £60,000, with progression to £75,000 based on experience and performance.

We're looking for a caring and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinical team. Whether you're newly qualified or have up to three years' experience, this is an opportunity to develop specialist skills in an area of dentistry that truly changes lives.
A role unlike traditional general practice
This is not a typical associate position.
You'll work in a modern digital environment alongside experienced Clinical Dental Technicians and our in-house laboratory, using digital scanners and advanced workflows to provide high-quality removable prosthetic treatment.
You'll receive comprehensive training, structured mentoring and ongoing clinical support as you develop into a highly skilled clinician.
There are no NHS commitments, no UDA targets and no routine general dentistry, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Your responsibilities
- Carry out oral examinations and treatment planning.
- Use digital intraoral scanners and modern clinical workflows.
- Work closely with our Clinical Dental Technicians and Dentsl Technicians throughout treatment.
- Support patients through every stage of their smile journey.
- Collaborate with our experienced in-house laboratory team.
- Continue developing your clinical skills through structured mentoring.
We're looking for someone who is
- GDC registered.
- Passionate about patient care.
- Friendly, approachable and an excellent communicator.
- Keen to learn and develop specialist skills.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive clinical team.
- Newly qualified dentists and those with up to three years' experience are encouraged to apply.
