What do we need?.....
We're initially looking for someone to cover maternity leave. But, we've become so busy recently that it's likely we'll ask you to stay on permanently if things work out!
You'll need to have experience of working in a busy coffee shop. This is essential.
Love of proper speciality coffee is desirable - we're talking knowledge of single origin beans, brew methods like v60 pour overs, ability to dial in the grinders... that sort of thing. But, we can help with training on this if you smash it with your enthusiasm, knock-out customer service and willingness to learn.
You'll be based between two sites - our Moor Park coffee shop (King Street carpark, in Knutsford, open 7 days a week) and our Booths Park shop (on the Chelford Rd out of Knutsford, open Mon to Fri). You may also be asked to do the odd shift in our old orange coffee van at events around Cheshire.
You'll be joining a team dedicated to great coffee - we're rated No 1 for coffee in Cheshire on Tripadvisor and have won Travellers Choice Awards in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
We'll pay you well - £10.80 an hour (pay review due in April) - and you can have all the coffee you can drink.
