## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tyre Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mounting, balancing, and repairing tyres on a variety of vehicles.
Applicants need to be punctual and prepared to work as part of a team. References maybe requested.
Experience preferred. Rate of pay dependant on experience.
## Responsibilities
- Mounting and balancing tyres on cars, vans and 4x4s
- Battery and exhaust fitting
- Wheel alignment
- Repairing punctures and minor tyre damage
- Rotating tyres to ensure even wear
- Checking tyre pressure and tread depth
- Assisting customers with tyre selection and providing recommendations
## Skills
- Knowledge of maintaining and repairing tyres using hand tools
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and address tyre issues
