Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Project Manager to oversee and coordinate complex projects within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans using Primavera P6, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Utilise Civil 3D for technical planning and design review to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting plans as necessary to address any issues or delays.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, changes, and communications.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Foster effective communication among team members to promote collaboration and accountability.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within civil engineering or construction sectors.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for design and technical assessments.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications in project management or civil engineering are desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
Pay: £30,190.04-£66,853.06 per year
