Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
- Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a tidy, organized workspace
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in barbering techniques, customer service excellence, and salon procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in accordance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating technical skills
- Skilled in barbering techniques alongside traditional hairstyling methods
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members confidently
- Experience in customer service roles that emphasize active listening and personalized care
