Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided..
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation is an advantage but not mandatory.
