Are you an experienced, organised, and customer-focused leader with a passion for delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a motivated Tanning Salon Manager to join our team.
About the Role
As a Tanning Salon Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the salon, leading the team, and ensuring every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience.
Your Responsibilities:
● Managing the daily operations of the salon
● Leading, supporting, and motivating staff
● Greeting customers and ensuring excellent service at all times
● Handling bookings, enquiries, and customer complaints professionally
● Overseeing opening and closing procedures
● Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
● Monitoring stock levels and placing orders when needed
● Promoting memberships, packages, and retail products
● Supporting staff training and development
● Ensuring salon policies and procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For:
● Previous management or supervisory experience, ideally in beauty, retail, or customer service
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● Friendly, professional, and confident manner
● Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Flexible to work evenings and weekends
● A passion for customer service and creating a positive salon environment
