A exciting opportunity has become available to join our team, of a very popular pub in the heart of Darlington, The Mowden! Where home cooked traditional British food is a must.
Here at Kreft Holdings Ltd we are a family run group, with staff members being with us for over 12 years. We have been operating for 27 years in our home town of Darlington, & have succeeded through all the trials & economic down falls over the last three years. We currently employ over 40 staff members. We are very keen in growth amongst our team & being stagnant is not our forte, with new opportunities arising.
The attributes that are required for this role
- Paramount loyalty to the brand and the team
- Minimum 5 years experience within a pub/gastro environment
- Team building, as you will be required to be the second in command in the head chefs absence
- Great knowledge on fresh/ British / gastro pub food
- Own transport is a must owing to location
- Look after the kitchen as your own, & settle in a permanent position
- Prepared to stand & cook as a team (full cooking position)
