We are currently working with a nurseries who are looking for dedicated, caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join their teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified Early Years Practitioners, experienced nursery staff, or individuals with transferable childcare experience who are passionate about supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the learning, care and development of young children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
You will help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can grow in confidence, develop key skills and thrive socially, emotionally and educationally.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Creating a safe, engaging and inclusive environment
- Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress
- Supporting personal care routines including feeding, changing and hygiene
- Encouraging social, emotional and communication development
- Working as part of a supportive early years team
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Promoting safeguarding and welfare at all times
Who This Role Would Suit

- Qualified Nursery Practitioners (Level 3 Early Years)
- Early Years Educators
- Nursery Assistants
- Teaching Assistants with Early Years experience
- Childcare workers or nannies
- Graduates with Early Childhood Studies or related degrees
- Individuals with experience in care, education or youth settings
