We're looking for a reliable, friendly and hardworking cleaner to join us in Glasgow. If you enjoy keeping active, take pride in your work and like meeting people, we'd love to hear from you.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday
3 hours per day between 9:00am – 4:00pm
Friday
3 hours to be completed before 1:00pm
About the Role
This isn't a desk job! It's an active role that will suit someone who enjoys being on their feet and doesn't mind a bit of hard work.
You'll also be working while the building is occupied, so you'll regularly see the same staff members. A friendly smile, a professional attitude and the ability to build positive relationships with our clients are just as important as cleaning skills.
As with many busy commercial sites, there will always be something that needs doing. We don't expect perfection every day—we're looking for someone who can use their initiative, prioritise the most important tasks and consistently make a real difference to the environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning office areas to a high professional standard
- Mopping floors throughout the building
- Cleaning kitchens, washrooms and communal spaces
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely
- Reporting maintenance issues or low stock levels
- Representing We Clean Offices Ltd with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We're Looking For

- Someone who enjoys physical work
- Friendly and approachable
- Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Confident using your initiative and prioritising tasks when needed
- Pride in delivering high standards, even in a busy environment
- Commercial cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential -full training given
