As Lettings Manager, you'll take responsibility for the performance and growth of the branch, leading by example to deliver exceptional service for landlords and tenants while driving market share and profitability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing lettings team
- Winning new business and supporting valuations and instructions
- Driving branch performance and achieving business targets
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and the local community
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the lettings journey

We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within estate agency
- Has a proven track record of winning new business and delivering results
- Is passionate about leading, coaching and developing people
- Delivers exceptional customer service and builds lasting client relationships
- Is organised, resilient and thrives in a target-driven environment
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills
- Holds a full UK driving licence
