Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hospitality Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the smooth operation of our catering and hospitality services with the housekeeping team, front of house and car park attendants, ensuring guests receive excellent service in a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, with experience in food service or related fields, and a keen eye for detail. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry while contributing to memorable guest experiences.
Duties
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Supporting catering events, including setting up and clearing tables, and replenishing supplies as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including kitchens and dining spaces
- Providing excellent customer service by attending to guest needs promptly and professionally
- Car Park Attendant
- Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth workflow
- Contributing to the overall guest experience by maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Housekeeping duties including bedroom and bathroom cleanliness
This is a multi role position that varies from week to week. Any applicant must be available on weekends and drive due to location of the position
Pay: £12.21 per hour
